Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 7 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused and in original condition
- In original packaging
Return shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Damaged or incorrect items: If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right at no cost to you.
